The moon

This work represents the personification of the moon.

The Moon represents the feminine power, it is the Mother Goddess, Queen of the Heavens in several mythologies. She also symbolizes the biological rhythms, and the phases of life, since she is a star that grows, shrinks, disappears and grows again. Thus, the Moon is subject to the universal law of birth and death, being the representation of the passage from life to death, and vice versa.
